(A) nCAp polycondensation after 24 h. EDC adducts and cyclic products are observed. (B) nTGp polycondensation after 24 h. EDC adducts and cyclic products are observed. (C) nTAp polycondensation after 24 h. The amounts of EDC adducts and cyclic products are reduced and longer oligomers are observed. (D) nCGp polycondensation after 4 h. Apart from the oligomers Mn no other side products are detected.
